Key Responsibilities:
- E‑shop Management: Assist with the day‑to‑day management of online stores in Slovakia (priority market) and Hungary. This includes managing homepage banners, product updates, and localizations.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan and execute local campaigns tailored to the SK and HU markets.
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Contribute to improving the performance of the e‑shop by helping implement CRO initiatives based on user data and market insights.
- Customer Insights: Assist in analyzing customer behavior and feedback on the SK and HU markets to improve the user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Competitor Monitoring: Regularly monitor competitors' offerings in both markets, providing actionable insights to keep our brand competitive.
- Performance Reporting: Support in preparing weekly reports on key e‑commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate (CR), and average order value (AOV) across SK and HU markets.
- Localization: Ensure all campaigns, product descriptions, and website content are localized for the Slovak and Hungarian markets, while respecting cultural and linguistic nuances.
Skills Required:
- Proactivity and Ownership: We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and can think critically, even as a junior.
- Interest or Experience in E‑commerce: Some experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Digital Tools: Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other e‑commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent Slovak is essential, and familiarity with Hungarian or experience working with the Hungarian market is a big advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to be detail‑oriented when managing e‑shop content and campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Interest in data interpretation, helping to optimize the user experience and boost performance.
