As we continue growing in the UK, we want every customer interaction to be genuinely helpful.T hat’s why we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist for the UK market, based in Prague. You will be responsible for supporting UK customers across our main channels and making sure every issue is handled clearly, quickly, and with care.
What will be your mission?
Provide high‑quality customer support for UK customers across email, chat, and phone.
Handle day‑to‑day customer topics such as order questions, delivery issues, returns, refunds, complaints, payment questions, and basic product inquiries.
Make sure every customer interaction feels natural, clear, friendly, and aligned with the Vilgain brand.
Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution, including follow‑ups where needed.
Escalate more complex cases to the right internal teams, such as logistics, warehouse, finance, product, or quality, and make sure they are followed through.
Track recurring customer issues, questions, and feedback, and share useful insights with the team to help improve the UK customer experience.
Help improve response quality, internal processes, templates, and customer communication standards for the UK market.
Work closely with the wider Customer Care team and internal teams in Prague to keep customer support smooth, consistent, and efficient.
Who do we look for?
Someone with 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer care, e‑commerce operations, or a similar role.
Proficient English speaker, ideally with strong understanding of UK customer tone, expectations, and communication style.
Knowledge of Czech is an advantage.
Someone based in Prague.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer‑first mindset and the ability to stay calm, clear, and solution‑oriented even in more difficult situations.
Someone reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple requests.
