What I ate 48 hours before Prague marathon! Side note: this was very much on the go, working with whatever I had at home, with the main focus on carbs with some protein 🍚🥯🥣
Eg. rest of Greek you with granola because I had some leftovers at home. Rice cakes because I found them at home. Same with some energy bars. And lunch on the go as I was rushing in between work meetings 🫶🏻💓 but I still tried and focus on good quality ingredients so that I feel good on race day, with no unexpected surprises 💩
